Request for access to information

The Freedom of Information Act 1992 provides members of the public the right to access information held by the Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC). This application is the means to request information held by the SBDC or to request amendments of personal information which may be inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date or misleading.

If applying for personal information, you will be asked to provide a current, unredacted photographic proof of identification such as a passport or motor vehicle drivers licence.
